Hi Jason,

I was just clicking around and happened upon you ... what a great idea to do this. I will pass the word! Here are my questions:

1) is there a way to tell WHO is online at any one time (with the exception of seeing "Online" in red beside someone the name of someone who does a post). Sometimes when I log in, I’d like to know who I can post messages to . . .

2) what does the little down arrow mean (to the left of the posts) when I do a search for something? I’m guessing that there is a picture attached?

3) Is there a way to VIEW PICTURES using the “Show Printable Version” and then clicking on “Show all posts from this topic on one page”? I prefer to view longer messages using this method but when someone refers to a picture I end up hitting the "back" button to find the original message in order to see the picture. Then I go back through the "Show Printable Version" steps. . . is there an easier way?

4) Why can't I delete one of the messages I started? I can delete a post under someone else's message, but not one I started? I accidentally put a question under the wrong forum which is why I'm asking.

Well, you started it Jason - now here comes all the questions! Seriously, thank you so much for taking the time.

Hey Artsy... my answers below

1) is there a way to tell WHO is online at any one time...? - Yes, I'm working on it so it works smoothly and makes sense

2) what does the little down arrow mean (to the left of the posts)... ? - Actually, because we've modified the way the forums technology is used, these arrows don't mean anything.

3) Is there a way to VIEW PICTURES using the “Show Printable Version” and then clicking on “Show all posts from this topic on one page”? - at the moment, no. Again, because of the modifications we've made to the technology you can only view one message at a time. We are considering, for the next upgrade, to make multiple view options available.

4) Why can't I delete one of the messages I started? I can delete a post under someone else's message, but not one I started? - you mentioned this in your email. you should be able to. I am looking into this. It could be a bug, or an oversight. keep an eye on this topic, I'll post an update to this.

Thanks for posting your first TECH forum question - I'm glad it's already getting use!

Cheers, Jason
